San Antonio, Quezon Street Lighting Project

We shot this video over two days during a break in the rainy season of 2022! Since the clients were Philips and Lythaus (the lighting contractor), we had to shoot at night when the lights were operating, which resulted in a mild fog preventing a clear shot of the street lamps! We were very fortunate that the weather cleared on the second day! Quite a challenging shoot, but a nice video nevertheless!

Roxas City Interactive Lighting Installation

A video we recently finished for the folk at Roxas city, on behalf of our client Signify. It was quite challenging because it was raining almost the entire time we were in Roxas city, which made it very difficult to get the exterior shots. Further complicating the project was the quarantine imposed on the city of Roxas, which meant that our flyer couldn’t get more of the shots we needed to complete the video. Regardless, the video was eventually finished and client is a happy camper.

Mr and Mrs Quickie

Here is the final Mr and Mrs Quickie video we produced recently together with the Mr Quickie marketing team. Like many of the projects done by Q2 Digital Studio, this was done with minimal crew and shot in only one day (about 16 hours). This was quite a challenge since we had to shoot in four locations and had to factor in travel time (& traffic) into the schedule. Big thanks to everyone who helped make it happen!

Just the other week, we wrapped up shooting of a video we are doing for Mr Quickie, tentatively entitled “Mr and Mrs Quickie”. This video will make its debut as part of the Mr Quickie booth in the Franchise Expo on 21-23 July 2017. We are very happy with the results we have produced so far, and we hope that it helps our client meet their sales objectives in the expo. Once the video is launched, we will post it here! Shown in the picture is the Mr Quickie Marketing team at the left, and the Q2 Digital Studio production team at the right with Director Randy Quimpo behind the camera.

Tuna: Delicacy of the Seas

In 2013, one of our clients was making a push to market tuna in China and open up a new market for their fresh tuna products. The opportunity was big, but equally large was the problem that tuna was never a part of the Chinese diet. They asked us to produce this video as some sort of orientation to tell Chinese people all about Tuna, and even features a German chef in the middle giving a short lesson on a tasty but easy-to-prepare tuna meal!

Like many of Q2’s video projects, this video was produced in English and Chinese, with Chinese being the main language in BOTH voiceover and graphics.

This video also shows original footage shot in 5 countries – American Samoa, China, Marshall Islands, Philippines, and Pohnpei. These footage were shot over a period of many years, and if this video were to be done today, even the archival Japanese photos used in the video will be original footage.

Outsourced Corporate AVP

The Outsourced Corporate AVP was produced in the 1st Quarter of 2016, and is an update of an earlier video we produced for the same client. This video was produced under extremely tight budget and time constraints, but we like to show it because its actually a very very nice video!

Abiva Publishing: K12 Books

In 2014, our production house was commissioned by Abiva Publishing to create a video featuring their new line of books geared towards the new K12 education system. This was featured in the Manila International Book Fair. This corporate video was shot in QC. It’s one of our projects where we used a green screen to simulate a different setting.
